Fabrication, Welding, Insulation & Cladding

JADT delivers fabrication, welding, insulation, and cladding works for oil and gas, refinery, industrial, and MEP projects across the UAE and GCC.

These works are executed as an integrated scope alongside our piping and mechanical installation activities, or as a standalone package where required, in either case under the same standards of supervision, QA/QC control, and documentation that govern every project we undertake.

Fabrication and welding scope

✓ Pipe spool fabrication to isometric drawings and engineering specifications
✓ Structural steel fabrication including pipe racks, supports, and equipment frames
✓ Pipe support and bracket fabrication and installation
✓ Fit-up, tacking, and full weld execution in carbon steel, stainless steel, and specialty alloys
✓ Weld procedure qualification and welder qualification in accordance with ASME and AWS standards
✓ Visual inspection, dimensional checks, and NDE coordination including RT, UT, and PT
✓ Full weld maps, weld logs, and inspection records at handover

Insulation and cladding scope

✓ Thermal insulation for hot and cold pipework and mechanical equipment
✓ Acoustic insulation for noise-sensitive industrial and building environments
✓ Fiberglass, mineral wool, and closed-cell foam insulation systems
✓ Aluminum and stainless steel cladding for external and internal applications
✓ Cladding to pipework, vessels, ductwork, and mechanical equipment
✓ Weather protection systems for outdoor piping and equipment installations
✓ Inspection, repair, and replacement of deteriorated insulation and cladding systems

All fabrication and welding works are executed in compliance with ASME, AWS, and project-specific welding standards, under ISO 9001 certified quality management. Material traceability is maintained throughout from mill certificates at procurement through to final inspection records at handover.
